At Maddy Custom, we strive for perfection in every order, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please note that since custom pieces are made to order, returns on personalized products are subject to a restocking fee unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Securely Pack Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
